After Recusal, WLF takes Judge to State Commission

Among the dismissed cases were three from which Pratt was recused last month, one involving Houston lawyer Matt Waldrop who submitted a complaint against Pratt to the judicial conduct commission on Thursday.

Waldrop is encouraging other lawyers to file complaints with the judicial conduct commission in the hope that the state agency charged with investigating allegations against judges will look into Pratt's actions.
